P.S. Somehow the phrase "but the streets were clear except for a few children and families running from the violence" shakes me to the core. :-|

ReplyDeleteThe main reason why the government suppressed any media coverage of coffins coming home was to hide the bitter facts from the public. I believe that the veterans advocating Iraq War awareness is a step in the right direction...
