Dal mein haldi kam hai thodi. Tilori is looking good. But why didn't you 'credit' phali-ki-sabzi in the title? Looks good, the uncredited greens.

@Varun: Did not mention the sabzi since it was cooked in soy sauce -- not really a combo with the others :). And I like dal with this color only - na kam, na zyaada, sahi sahi :).
